Breck's® Everblooming Hardy Geranium Collection

Breck's® Everblooming Hardy Geranium Collection

Decorative from Late Spring to Frost!

Three Seasons of Colour! Like any well-designed home, a garden requires a solid aesthetic foundation. Ground covers, so often overlooked, are both essential and a source of delight. We highly recommend Everblooming Hardy Geraniums. Hardy in zones 4-9, they are versatile, low maintenance perennials ideal for borders, rock gardens or as a colourful ground cover.

Gorgeous Fall Foliage
Varying in colour from species to species, hardy geranium foliage consists of dense tufts of deeply cut leaves. In the fall, the leaves of some of the varieties will turn vibrant shades of rust and crimson.

Easy-Care Charm for Any Garden Setting!
Low-maintenance, low-clumping perennials, Everblooming Hardy Geraniums are some of the best lowering ground covers you can plant! They spread quickly to form thick carpets of foliage and colourful flowers that bloom all summer—multiplying year after year.

Hardy geraniums are so versatile, you can enjoy them almost anywhere! Lovely along the ground, these long-blooming beauties are also ideal for patio pots, hanging baskets, rock walls and window boxes. Easy to maintain once established, they are disease free and unloved by garden pests. They are also winter hardy in zones 4-9.

This collection includes 1 each of the following varieties:
  • Johnson's Blue: A gardeners' favourite, with clear periwinkle-blue flowers that reach up to 2" across. Handsome, finely cut foliage turns orange and red in fall. Height: 16-20" Geranium himalayense x pratense
  • Biokovo: Eye-catching hot pink sepals highlight starry white blooms on this award-winning ground cover. Semi-evergreen foliage takes on an attractive reddish hue in the fall. Height: 10-12" Geranium cantabrigiense
  • Splish Splash: Exceptionally beautiful and rare bicolour variety. The delicate, 1¼" white cups are heavily splashed and banded with rich mauve-blue. Strong growing with a tidy form. Height: 18-24" Geranium pratense
  • Ballerina: Award-winning Ballerina bears icy pink, 1" flowers highlighted by dark maroon veining and centres. Small, deeply divided, slightly tufted, grey-green foliage. Height: 5-7" Geranium cinereum
