DescriptionA year-round beauty that bucks tradition, this clematis is more shrub than vine and bears delicate clouds of petite flowers that last for weeks. Pale blue blooms sprawl along the vigorous, shrublike form to create a stunning display on arbors, fence posts or pillars. Shines as a ground cover, too! Fluffy seed heads add wintertime interest to barren landscapes.Clematis jouiniana
