DescriptionExceptional Form, Colour & Performance!
It's been years in the making, but we can finally share this stunning Allium with our gardening friends. Twinkling Stars is a unique variety that bears impressive 5½" umbels of deep pink perched atop stately 45–50" stems. Like its purple counterparts, this lovely ornamental fills in bloom gaps between spring-flowering and summer-flowering perennials. But it does so with extra flair thanks to its more vibrant colouration. Makes an ideal specimen planting, but also gives the back of sunny borders a lift with its tall stems and unusual ball-shaped florets. Butterflies and hummingbirds adore them, but deer and rabbits won't bother. Easy to grow and drought tolerant.Allium giganteum
