Variegata Reginae Bearded Iris Description

A fragrant, historical, hard-to-find iris
Add a piece of horticultural history to the garden with this beautiful, fragrant iris. Today's bearded irises are progenies of this seldom-found variety. Variegata Reginae is elegant and showy, forming white flowers with prominent deep purple veining. These attention-getting, 3" blooms open from mid to late spring on stems reaching 18–22" tall. Use this versatile beauty in a garden bed, a border of mixed perennials, a rockery or a container garden. An excellent perennializer, it will provide you with more blooms to enjoy during each successive spring! Like other bearded irises, it's easy to grow and deer resistant.
