I planted this rose in my garden earlier this spring. It is by far the best of the half dozen new roses I planted this year. It is mid-June in upstate New York, and Julia is bursting with lush yellow flowers. Seems like a very robust plant and easy to care for. I can't detect much of a scent but that could be due to temperature, etc. Can't wait for her to grow bigger and more beautiful!

I live in zone 7. This rose went from bare root/no leaves, to 10 roses and 8 buds currently in 6 weeks! The color is bright yellow. I would certainly not hesitate to purchase more roses from Brecks.

Make your garden glow with Julia Child Floribunda Roses. Named after the queen of the kitchen herself, these award-winning perennial roses showcase gleaming, buttery gold blooms. These full-bodied flowers decorate magnificent bushes that grow 2- to 3-feet tall and stretch out just as wide. Disease resistant Julia Child rose bushes bloom in late spring through late summer and boast a unique liquorice scent.

Luscious Rosa 'Julia Child' bushes are hardy in zones 4 through 10. Keep them shining bright throughout their long blooming season by planting your bare-root roses in the spring. Bury them in well-drained clay, loamy or sandy soil with roots' crowns even with the soil level. These Dutch roses are serious sunbathers, so make sure to plant them in a sunny or partially shaded area where they will receive around 6 hours of sunlight per day, as well as plenty of water.

Show off your Julia Child rose bushes' sunshiny hues by planting them in their own bed, or use thick rows of these flowers around your yard to create structural borders. These bushes' plentiful blooms will look wonderful peeking through fences and gates, or scattered throughout other seasonal perennials in woodland and cottage gardens. Stand out in style with Julia Child floribunda roses.
