We love our plants, and we want you to love them, too. That's why Breck's offers a no-risk lifetime guarantee on all of our bulbs, bareroots and potted plants.
Here is our promise to you:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us via phone or email anytime. Our Customer Service team is on standby 24/7 to assist you. We'll happily replace your plant or send you a merchandise credit. No time limit, no need to return the plant.

If you're not thrilled with a gardening tool or yard decoration from us, just send it back within 60 days of purchase. All can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange.
If your living gift of a potted amaryllis or bulb garden has received the recommended care and doesn’t perform to your satisfaction within 30 days, please let us know and we will replace it or give you a merchandise credit. If you are not delighted with your décor purchase, simply return it within 60 days for a courteous credit, refund or exchange.
