Tropicana Hybrid Tea Rose

Tropicana Hybrid Tea Rose

Illuminate your garden with the warm hues and fruity fragrance of a tropical paradise!

Tropicana has had a worldwide reputation for excellence for more than 50 years. Its big, shapely, 5" flowers are a flashy blend of coral and orange that add pop and panache wherever they grow. Fully double blooms with 30–35 petals emerge from large, pointed buds on long stems bearing glossy, green leaves. A prolific, strongly scented bloomer that tends to perform better east of the Rockies. Prone to mildew and needs protection if planted in locations where temperatures dip below freezing. An All-America Rose Selections winner in 1963, its year of introduction. Rosa Tropicana.

Shipping

Important Shipping Notes:

Breck's times its shipments from Holland so that bulbs and bareroots arrive at the proper planting time (depending on climatic conditions) for each area of North America. To promote optimum stress protection in transit and your success in the garden, bareroot perennials are kept in the ground in our nurseries until fully dormant. In the Fall, these plants tend to arrive at the later end of the shipping window below.

We will pack and ship your order based on the following schedules. The type of product you order or the weather may affect the anticipated shipping schedule below. Based on the contents of your order we always strive to ship your order complete, and as early as possible in the planting season to allow for the best root development once planted.
