Clusters of ruffled, double blooms in radiant shades of mango, peach and pink crown a sturdy tree rose grafted onto a trunk for months of cheerful display. Each 3½" flower carries 25–30 petals and a light, fruity fragrance that adds to its sunny appeal. The glossy-leaved, vigorous trunk supports a rounded canopy that’s highly disease resistant and easy to care for, giving dependable performance and repeat bloom. At home in a container or planted along a pathway. An AARS winner in 2010. Pot not included.

  • Planting InstructionsStart by soaking the roots in cold water for at least 2 hours. Mound a cone of soil in the center of the hole, then spread healthy roots around the soil mound with bud union (the knot at the base of the plant) at ground level for mild climates, or 2-3" below ground level for cold climates.
  • Light RequirementsFull Sun, Partial Shade
  • Soil RequirementsWell drained, humus enriched soil.
  • Will TolerateAcidic Soil, Loamy Soil, Sandy Soil
  • Watering RequirementsRoses prefer a thorough watering but do not like 'wet feet'. Water early in the day to avoid wet conditions into the night which can cause issues with fungus and disease.
  • Fertilization RequirementsFertilize yearly after each bloom cycle, once new growth reaches 4-5". Stop feeding before winter.
  • PruningRemoving spent blooms will encourage more flowers. Prune dramatically in early spring, after the danger of frost has passed and before new growth has begun.
  • Winter CareBring indoors in zones 4–6 for winter storage. Move outdoors again in spring after the danger of frost has passed.
