Once absorbed into leaf tissue it keeps working for 7—10 days, giving your plants longer-lasting protection than many surface sprays.

Use it on vegetables, fruits and citrus to kill leafminers, borers, leaf rollers, thrips, worms, caterpillars, Colorado potato beetles and other listed pests. On lawns, ornamental trees, shrubs and flowers, it controls armyworms, sod webworms, cat fleas, loopers, bagworms and tent caterpillars. It's also a strong option against Colorado potato beetles, fire ants and thrips. Spinosad breaks down quickly once it dries on foliage, generally within a few hours, so it poses little risk to bees and other beneficial insects if you avoid spraying open blooms and apply in the evening when pollinators aren't active.
