A special hinge lets this hand-crafted bird pivot, dip and dance elegantly atop its 35" galvanized stake anytime a light breeze comes along. Made from tough, ultraviolet light-resistant PVC, this decorative and durable garden décor is built to withstand day-to-day changes in the weather. When the conditions turn more severe or the temperatures become more extreme, the bird can be easily lifted off its stake and taken inside. Hand painted and hand shaped in the USA.
