As sassy and flamboyant as any cancan dancer can be, Gay Paree shows off its flair for the dramatic with 6" flowers in a contrasting palette of deep cerise-pink and creamy white. A Japanese-type peony, it has a highly floriferous nature and bears a slew of delightfully fragrant, long-lasting flowers. The nicely shaped plant is robust and reaches a moderate 36" in height, so no staking is needed to keep Gay Paree upright and visible. Perfect for borders or presentation beds.

  • Planting InstructionsDig a hole large enough to spread out roots without bending them. Set crown with buds 1-2" below ground-level. Water in thoroughly. When planted in Fall: plant at least 6 weeks before ground freezes.
