Brick-red flowers that mature to a warm terracotta orange create a striking, evolving display through much of the summer. The flat, platelike blooms are fragrant, long lasting and highly attractive to butterflies and other pollinators. Aromatic, ferny foliage provides fine texture at ground level. Once established, this drought-resistant perennial performs reliably in heat and dry conditions. An excellent choice for sunny borders, edging, slopes and naturalized plantings where strong colour and low maintenance are both priorities.
