We planted these tulip bulbs mid-October of 2015 (zone 6) along the front of our home. We had a mild winter but, cold spells and frost for spring but, every bulb bloomed and what a wonderful array of colors: deep purples, reds, yellows, pinks and even a lime colored tulip. I will definitely be ordering more of these bulbs when we finish landscaping the side and back of our home.
Easy, Wonderful Colors!

We planted these last fall in groups of 2-3 bulbs tucked in nooks of the front yard. Our soil is rocky, heavy clay. Every one of these bulbs bloomed! With the exception of two bulbs, the deer left them alone (they apparently prefer tulips from big-box stores)! Wonderful flowers.

I planted this at the end of Sept in zone 6. they didn't break ground until late March. Buds started to bloom in late April. It was so worth the wait. The array of colors is gorgeous and never boring. Can't take my eyes off them.

Creating a glorious splash of vivid colour, the Cream of the Crop Tulip Mixture brings the fields of Holland into your garden. These Dutch tulips, sourced from top growers, include dramatic reds, sunshiny yellows, passionate pinks, lovely lavenders, crisp whites and vibrant multi-colours. Classic cup-shaped blooms stand tall on 20 to 28-inch stems, perfect for displaying in vases. Design your picture perfect mid- to late-spring landscape with this selection.

These tulip bulbs are best planted in the fall, in large swathes or groups of eight to ten. They like to be placed about 6 inches deep and 3 to 6 inches apart. Suitable for hardiness zones 3 to 8, tulips thrive in full sun or partial shade and prefer well-drained clay, loam or sandy soil. Show them off in front of evergreen shrubs or perennials with plenty of green foliage to highlight each gorgeous tulip flower.

Tulips look fantastic in containers, so make your patio a paradise of spring blooms by combining these colourful beauties with daffodils and hyacinth. Add them to your cutting garden for vibrant arrangements. Line the entry pathway to your home with tulips, creating a cheerful welcome for visitors. Choose the lively Cream of the Crop tulip mixture for your spring garden.
