I live in zone 6B. wanted to purchase the candycane sorrell. I am confused. They do not ship until the Fall, however it says to lift them in the fall and store indoors over the winter. Why ship in the fall if only to lift or store them till spring?

These plants are only available in the fall. It's the best time for planting in zones 7 to 9. Those in colder zones will need to plant them in pots.

Is this plant drought resistant?

Autumn Pink Sorrel is fairly drought tolerant but looks better when watered during dryer months.

My zone is 6a. Would these survive in my area? Is planting time fall? Also, could these be house plants? Sorry. I realize I asked more than one question.

You are allowed more than one question! The Autumn Pink Sorrel is suited for zones 7 to 9. It won't survive winter outdoors in zone 6 but can be brought indoors as a houseplant.
