Description

If there were such a thing as a daylily dictionary, a photo of this flower should be next to the entry for “appliqué throat.” Although the large, orange throat of its 5¾" trumpet is sharply outlined within the pale maroon eye, the eye beautifully diffuses back towards orange approaching the petal tips. The stems generate about 20 buds.
