Do i lift item#72179 / yellow majesty tulip, after blooms are spent or can i leave them alone for next year? I'm in zone 8a

The Yellow Majesty Tulip bulbs do not need to be lifted in zone 8. Allow the foliage to die back naturally. Fertilize in the spring when new growth begins.
