- Winner determination
- Weekly winner: randomly drawn from all entries during the entry period
- On or about September 3rd, 2020 all Entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on the Judging Criteria.
- The one (1) Entry with the highest total score will be deemed the potential grand prize winner. In the event of a tie, an additional, "tie-breaking" judge will determine the potential grand prize winner based on the aesthetic quality of the photo.
- The one (1) Entry with the highest total score in each special category (Best garden color, Best small space/container, Best first-time garden) will be deemed the category winner.
- The fifteen (15) entries with the next highest scores will be posted for voting for fan favorite. Voting will Begins 12:01 a.m. EST on September 7th and ends 11:59 p.m. EST on September 12th. The photo with the most votes will be deemed the winner.

Breck's Bulbs Sites enable users to submit their own content for contests, blogs, videos, and other functions. Breck's Bulbs Sites include brecks.com and the official Breck's Bulbs social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and any other social media platform. Please remember that any such information you disclose becomes public information and is not covered by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information in a submission. Breck's Bulbs cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate this Privacy Policy, the law, or your personal privacy and safety.
Breck's Bulbs is not responsible for user generated content. User generated content remains the sole responsibility of the person who submitted it. For example, the content you submit must not infringe or misappropriate third party intellectual property such as copyrighted materials. You must have permission from any and all third parties whose intellectual property you include in the content you submit to the Breck's Bulbs Sites or you must be otherwise legally entitled to include such intellectual property in the content you submit. You are legally responsible for the content you submit to the Breck's Bulbs Sites. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Breck's Bulbs may (but is not required) to use systems and software to analyze the content you submit to help detect infringing or abusive content, such as spam, malware, or other illegal content.
Rights You Grant
Breck's Bulbs does not acquire any right, title, or any other ownership interest in the content you submit. However, we do require you to grant certain rights to us and other users of our services and the Breck's Bulbs Sites, as described below.
You grant to Breck's Bulbs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use the content you submit in connection with the Breck's Bulbs Sites, including reproduction, distribution, preparation of derivative works, public display, and public performance of the content you submit, for the purpose of promoting and redistributing part or all of the Breck's Bulbs Sites and promoting the Breck's Bulbs business.
You also grant each other user of the Breck's Bulbs Sites a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use the content you submit in connection with the Breck's Bulbs Sites, including reproduction, distribution, preparation of derivative works, public display, and public performance of the content you submit, only as enabled by a feature of the Breck's Bulbs Sites (e.g., video playback or embeds).
The licenses granted by you continue for a commercially reasonable period of time after the content you submit has been removed or deleted from the Breck's Bulbs Sites. You understand and agree, however, that Breck's Bulbs may retain, but not display, distribute, or perform, server copies of your content that have been removed or deleted.
Removing Your Content
You may remove the content you submit from the Breck's Bulbs Sites at any time. You must remove your content if you no longer have the rights required by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Copyright Protection
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the terms provided below. If we reasonably believe that any content you submit is in breach of this Privacy Policy or any other terms of use for the Breck's Bulbs Sites, or that the content you submit may cause harm to us, our suppliers or vendors, our customers, or any other third parties, we may remove or take down that content in our sole discretion.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law.
