The Window Treatment
Our colchicum bulbs have an extra treat in store for your home—you'll get double the display with these unique beauties! Before planting them outside, simply place them in a windowsill, where they'll bloom without water or soil. After the colchicum have finished blooming, plant them outside. They'll provide spring foliage, and more dazzling flowers next fall.

This collection includes following varieties.
1 Waterlily Colchicum: Exotic double flowers look like vibrant pink waterlily blooms. Forms pretty mounds and isn't bothered by adverse weather. Height: 4–6". (Deer Resistant)
12 Conqueror Fall Crocus: Provides one last flash of brilliant colour before winter, with sky blue blooms veined in darker blue. A magnet for beneficial pollinators! Height: 5–6".
10 Fall White Crocus: With one of the most sought-after crocus colours there is, this expert naturalizer's pure white flowers glisten like pearls scattered through your garden beds. Height: 6".
1 Dick Trotter Colchicum: Darling heart-shaped flowers, in vivid violet with a white star at the centre. Height: 5–6". (Deer Resistant)
10 Saffron Fall Blooming Crocus: This easy-to- grow, yet stunningly unique ground cover features gorgeous lavender blooms highlighted by red stigmata. Height: 4–6".

To promote optimum stress protection in transit and your success in the garden, bareroot perennials are kept in the ground in our nurseries until fully dormant. In the Fall these plants tend to arrive at the later end of the shipping window above.
In all cases, we choose the fastest, most efficient way to delivery your orders via the USPS or FedEx. Large orders may be shipped in more than one package.
Bulb and perennial shipments direct from Holland are harvested in July and August dependent on the season and crop. Once fully inspected and packaged they are shipped direct to you in the most efficient manner to follow the dates above.
Garden hardgoods and Gift Certificates ship with in 4-7 day.
