Goes Great With

Description

Graceful, slightly ruffled flowers have romantic appeal.
Blooms feature rounded, pink-lavender falls, pearly white styles and muted lavender standards with darker veins and pale yellow-green signals. Great in a border, along a fence line or even as part of a water garden, Dawn Waltz grows best in moisture-retentive soil where it will receive sunshine or light shade. Needs an entire growing season to become established, so be patient—this pretty, easy-care perennial often does not flower during year one. Afterward, it will become strong and start thriving year after year. Despite its obvious sensory appeal to humans, deer tend to avoid this plant. Introduced in 1998.
