Pink daffodils are often placed among fragrant, pastel hyacinths or right next to contrasting yellow daffodil varieties for maximum impact. The varieties included with Breck's Pink Daffodil Collection bloom on sturdy 16-20" stems, making them perfect for front borders and cut-flower arrangements.

This collection includes 5 each of the following varieties:
- Pink Charm: A pink-rimmed, soft white cup is surrounded by beautifully formed, pure white outer petals. The first in the collection to bloom, sensational 3-4" flowers arrive in early to mid spring.
- Mon Cherie: Colourfast, 4" flowers feature demure white petals and a large, ruffled, pink cup. Its long blooming period starts in mid spring, and the hardy bulbs naturalize and multiply each year.
- Accent:The first true pink daffodil ever introduced. In mid spring, snow-white outer petals show off a prominent, funnelshaped cup that's salmon-pink with a frilly rim. Excellent for naturalizing and drift planting.
- Romance: One of the most decorated daffodils of them all, Romance has received four Awards of Merit from the U.K.'s Royal Horticultural Society. A unique variety, it sports a short, funnel-shaped, loosely ribbed cup of bright pink with darker flushes. Blooms in mid spring.
- Pink Radiance™:Lush, double, 4" blooms are composed of white petals surrounding clusters of shorter pink petals. Flowers appear in mid to late spring and last 15 days or longer! Great for bouquets.

Daffodils Tips & Growing Instructions
When naturalizing daffodils, you will get the best results and many years of blooms by taking the time to plant properly. For most naturalizing projects, you will be working in uncultivated soil with thick sod, so it is necessary to give each bulb a small custom-cultivated hole. Usually, this means lifting out soil with a spade. One clever way to make precise bulb holes is to use a battery-powered drill - a half-inch drill with a 3" bit usually does the job.
Work up the soil from the hole with some peat moss, sand and about a tablespoon of low nitrogen fertilizer. Refill the hole to just below the planting depth with this mix. Next, add one handful of sand and then the bulb (you do not want the bulb in direct contact with the fertilizer). Then fill the hole the rest of the way with sand and replace some of the sod. With a sub-layer of rich, fertilized soil to send roots into, your daffodils will grow even stronger and bloom for years!
