Description

Huge flowers lie horizontally when fully open.
You'll love how this handsome variety flaunts its large, crepe-paperlike flowers for all the world to see in early to midsummer. Like other Japanese irises, it thrives in moist, well-drained soil, so it is an excellent option for growing in a water garden or alongside a stream or pond. The plants perennialize to form excellent clumps with many stems and flowers. Its blooms of medium blue, light blue, white and yellow are wonderful for cutting purposes. Iris ensata
